U.S. News recently published its first-ever rankings of public elementary schools, and Beck Elementary placed in the top 30% of elementary schools in the state of Texas, earning the title of a U.S. News Best Elementary School.

Out of over 5,000 elementary schools in the State of Texas, Beck is ranked 92nd based on its performance on state-required tests, graduation, and how well they prepare their students for high school. To learn more about Beck’s ranking, click here.

“I am so proud of this achievement for Beck! Our teachers work hard to conceptualize learning for students and this news is validating to that hard work,” said Beck Principal Amanda Bunch. “Our students are incredible little people; this is a celebration of their hard work too! We teach them skills and strategies, but they are the ones that are taking everything we pour into them and meeting and exceeding achievement and growth levels.”
